We are hiring a Founding Community & Discord Lead. You are the architect of our internal culture and the guardian of our digital spaces.
Your job goes far beyond standard moderation—you are responsible for building, organizing, and cultivating our primary community hub (the "Locker Room" Discord server). You will ensure that our athletes, creators, customers, and fans have a safe, high-integrity, and highly engaging space to connect, share their progress, and grow together.
The Co-Founders (CEO & Executive Director): To coordinate on community initiatives, verify server rules, and align on overall team culture.
Creator Network Lead: To smoothly onboard signed ambassadors and their respective digital communities into our server ecosystem.
Social Media & Content Lead: To coordinate public announcements, cross-promote community events, and share user-generated content highlights.
Discord Server Architecture: Build, optimize, and manage our official Discord server. You are responsible for category layouts, bot integrations, role hierarchies, and security configurations.
Cultural Stewardship: Establish and protect the "Locker Room" culture. Set clear, clean, and encouraging guidelines that promote self-discipline, hard work, and mutual support while eliminating toxicity.
Event & Engagement Management: Plan and host regular community initiatives, such as game nights, fitness challenges, coaching VOD reviews, and Q&A sessions with the co-founders.
Community Moderation: Recruit, train, and manage a small team of volunteer moderators to ensure the digital space remains clean, respectful, and active around the clock.
Discord Expert: You have deep, hands-on experience structuring Discord servers, setting up community management bots, and organizing permissions.
The Natural Leader: You are excellent at welcoming new members, encouraging collaboration, and maintaining high morale across diverse groups.
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well on your own. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the overall store, meaning your drive to build an active, loyal community that supports the brand dictates your personal upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the Matthew 5:13 mission of SALT Nutrition. You understand what it means to work with discipline, preserve true quality, and foster community with absolute integrity.
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive a 5.0% cut of all Storewide Net Profit, distributed completely automatically on a per-transaction basis via CollabPay. As the internal community ecosystem you manage thrives and drives brand loyalty and sales, your monthly payout scales directly with the brand's success. This role carries no corporate equity or company stock; your upside is a direct reflection of performance and volume execution.
