SALT Nutrition is currently an early-stage startup! Please note that this is not a traditional hourly or salaried W-2 job. Your pay is based entirely on performance, tied directly to store net profits through automated profit-sharing. We do not require a rigid 9-to-5 schedule; we care about results. You manage your own time. We don't micromanage your hours, but we expect timely communication and relentless execution.
About the Role
We are hiring a Founding Creator Network Lead. You are the builder and strategist behind our ambassador and creator network. Your job is to personally oversee all affiliate and creator responsibilities across the entire brand. Unlike traditional, segmented scouting roles that focus on a single niche, you are a critical, high-impact leader responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and coaching our entire network of individual brand ambassadors. You ensure our network of creators is active, aligned, and driving consistent consumer sales volume to our storefront.
Who You Will Work With
The Co-Founders: To analyze roster performance, track baseline growth, and coordinate on high-level talent acquisition strategies.
E-Commerce Manager: To ensure tracking links, custom codes, and specialized landing pages are perfectly configured for your signed ambassadors.
Community & Discord Lead: To smoothly transition newly signed creators and their audiences into our internal community ecosystem.
Outreach & Partnerships Lead: You own the individual creator/influencer relationships that drive retail traffic to the website. You will coordinate with the Outreach & Partnerships Lead to ensure our creators aren't conflicting with the commercial business, gym, or institutional accounts they are pitching for sponsorship or collaboration deals.
Your Core Duties
Talent Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close partnership agreements with high-potential ambassadors and content creators who naturally live out a lifestyle of discipline and hard work.
Ambassador Onboarding: Guide new partners through the initial phase of their onboarding via GoAffPro, ensuring they have tracking links, codes, and product knowledge for early sales success.
Performance Coaching: Act as a performance catalyst for your signed roster. Continuously monitor their growth trajectory and coach them on how to naturally and effectively feature SALT to maximize product velocity.
Strategy & Alignment: Act like an owner of the brand's reputation. Keep the creator roster tight, focused, and unified, ensuring all signed partners clearly understand, respect, and represent the core values of SALT Nutrition.

The Communicator: You speak like a regular person, and you possess a native ability to pitch a deep brand mission clearly without relying on a sales script or corporate buzzwords.
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well on your own. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the store and the volume your network generates, meaning your personal drive dictates your upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the Matthew 5:13 mission of SALT Nutrition. You understand what it means to work with discipline, preserve true quality, and bring real substance to the world.
Your Pay Structure
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive a 7.5% cut of all Storewide Net Profit. As the ambassador network you build expands across the country and drives more retail sales, your monthly payout scales directly with the brand's success.
This role carries no corporate equity or company stock; your upside is a direct reflection of performance and volume execution.
