We are hiring a Founding E-Commerce Manager. You are the ultimate builder, designer, and structural engineer of our digital storefront. Your job goes far beyond just keeping the site online—you own the entire digital experience.
On the front end, you will handle the actual website design, product merchandising, and pricing layouts to ensure the brand looks premium and is incredibly easy to buy from. On the back end, you are responsible for the operations: connecting software apps, ensuring automated payout trackers function perfectly, and making sure our print-on-demand fulfillment pipelines sync to our manufacturers seamlessly.
The Co-Founders (CEO & Executive Director): To collaborate on brand design, product direction, web updates, and software/app budgets.
Creator Network Lead: To ensure tracking links, custom codes, and ambassador landing pages are perfectly configured for signed ambassadors.
Community & Discord Lead: To ensure the website flow and our internal community server hub connect smoothly.
Outreach & Partnerships Lead: To build custom hidden landing pages or portal links when team, club, or event sponsorships are finalized.
Website Design & UI/UX: Build and continuously iterate on the front end of our Shopify website. Make sure the layout looks clean, tough, and highly professional on both mobile devices and desktop computers.
Merchandising & Pricing Accuracy: Manage the digital shelves. You are responsible for setting up product pages, updating inventory collections, ensuring pricing tiers are correct, and displaying our provisions in a clear, high-quality format.
Backend Operations & App Integrations: Connect and monitor our infrastructure software. Ensure our automated tracking tools (CollabPay & GoAffPro) sync perfectly without breaking. Maintain the Print-on-Demand (POD) application sync so incoming customer orders route to the manufacturer without manual errors.
Conversion Optimization: Act like an owner of the store's performance. Test navigation links, remove checkout friction, clear out technical bugs, and ensure it is ridiculously easy for a customer to complete an order in seconds.
Customer Support Operations: In this launch phase, you will directly manage the support inbox. This guarantees our early buyers get fast, honest communication regarding shipping or order updates, while giving you firsthand data on what parts of the website need to be improved or simplified.
Shopify Savvy: You have comprehensive experience working in the Shopify backend, altering themes, managing navigation, and connecting app integrations without breaking code.
The Problem Solver: You see an interface bug, an incorrect price tag, or an app sync failure and resolve it before it costs the business a single transaction.
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well independently. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the store, meaning your personal drive to build a high-converting storefront dictates your upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the Matthew 5:13 mission of SALT Nutrition. You understand what it means to work with discipline, preserve true quality, and bring real substance to the team.
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive an 8.0% cut of all Storewide Net Profit, distributed completely automatically on a per-transaction basis via CollabPay. As the platform you design, merchandise, and manage captures more traffic and converts more sales across the country, your monthly payout scales directly with it. This role carries no corporate equity or company stock; your upside is a direct reflection of performance and volume execution.
