We are hiring a Founding Outreach & Partnerships Lead. Your objective is to build genuine, mission-aligned relationships with organizations, collegiate groups, athletic clubs, and local event entities.
Instead of traditional, low-margin retail product sales or inventory-heavy pitches, you are our lead sponsorship and collaborations manager. Your job is to find groups who share our Matthew 5:13 mission of substance and discipline, and connect them to SALT through event sponsorships, team-wide provisions, and co-branded local activations.
The Co-Founders (CEO & Executive Director): To collaborate on sponsorship proposals, approve local activation ideas, and align target organizations.
E-Commerce Manager: To build custom hidden landing pages, registration forms, or tracking codes for sponsored organizations and clubs.
Creator Network Lead (Clear Boundary): While the Creator Network Lead scouts and manages individual online content creators and digital ambassadors, you own the relationship with entire organizations, collegiate clubs, sports teams, event hosts, and local physical entities.
Organization & Club Prospecting: Identify and outreach to student-led clubs, collegiate athletic groups, independent gym networks, and sports coaches who naturally align with the Restoring the Narrative mindset.
Sponsorship & Pitch Management: Initiate contact with club presidents, directors, and event hosts. Pitch creative, mutually beneficial sponsorships—such as backing local tournaments, supporting club teams, or coordinating community fitness gatherings.
Co-Branded Collaborations: Seek out opportunities to partner with other grassroots, faith-aligned, or disciplined local brands for cross-promotional campaigns or joint events.
Relationship Stewardship: Act as the primary point of contact for all sponsored groups. Ensure organization leaders have the digital assets, flyers, or samples they need, and that their members understand the true meaning behind the SALT brand.
The Local Connector: You love local community culture and are highly comfortable reaching out to organization directors, collegiate club presidents, and sports coaches. You know how to build trust quickly.
The Clear Communicator: You speak plainly and professionally. You can explain our mission and partnership model to a busy director in under two minutes without using confusing corporate jargon or pushy sales scripts.
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well on your own. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the overall store, meaning your drive to expand our communal footprint dictates your personal upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the Matthew 5:13 mission of SALT Nutrition. You understand what it means to work with discipline, preserve true quality, and build up communities with absolute integrity.
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive a 5.0% cut of all Storewide Net Profit, distributed completely automatically on a per-transaction basis via CollabPay. As the community partnerships and sponsored networks you build drive collective interest and retail sales to the store, your monthly payout scales directly with the brand's success. This role carries no corporate equity or company stock; your upside is a direct reflection of performance and volume execution.
